Pixazza partners with a number of different ad networks in order to provide text ads on images. However, it is really important to remember that this also means any publisher utilizing our service must abide by our Publisher Guidelines and the Terms of Service. During the approval process, your site will be reviewed for content to make sure that it does not violate the Pixazza or the ad networks’ guidelines. However, once your site is approved, it will be continually monitored for both content as well as fraudulent behaviors. Pixazza has systems in place that monitor and detect fraudulent clicks and other prohibited site behaviors, so please do not click on your own ads or you will risk your site being disabled.
In some cases, one of our ad network partners may also disable ad serving from a site if they detect fraudulent activity. In these cases, Pixazza must comply and also stop serving ads on the site until the investigation is complete. For affected publishers this can be frustrating. Be assured that the Pixazza team is doing everything we can to help re-enable your site, but we have to wait for the final approval from the ad network that originally flagged your site for fraudulent activity.
Recently Pixazza has been contacted by individuals who have claimed that various publishers infringe their copyrights by using stolen content. While Pixazza is not involved with storing or serving images, our terms of service do require publishers to have full rights for the content on their site. Please refer to section 13 of the Terms of Service: Intellectual Property Rights for full details. If a copyright complaint is brought against your site, you will be notified and Pixazza ads will be disabled while this matter is in dispute.
