Beginning this month, we've updated the way we report revenue. In the past Luminate would estimate revenue for the past 24-48 hours and these estimates would be confirmed once we received revenue reports from our partners. These revenue estimates were frequently confusing for publishers.
To avoid this confusion, we've changed our reports to only update reports by only showing confirmed revenue. Depending on when we receive traffic reports from our partners, this information could take 24-48 hours to display confirmed revenue on your Luminate publisher dashboard. This does mean that going forward, you should now see revenue accruing on the day that the clicks actually occurred, giving you a more accurate eCPM.
As a reminder, all confirmed revenue will show up as green bars in your reports, all revenue awaiting confirmation (the past 24-48 hours) will show up as grayed-out rows of data.
Additionally, publishers can now pull up yearly reports on their My Reports page. We hope this will help give you a good overview of your site performance and trends.
